We want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we can help:
Return Policy
- Photo of parcel when actually seen received.
- Unboxing clear & visible video of the product is to be made & Uploaded, then only return or exchange procedure Can be initiated. If in any case the video is Not been made or uploaded in that case we are Shall not accept the return or exchange claim.
- You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
Exchange Policy
- ₹150 will be charged for reverse shipping in case of exchange.
- Doorstep pickup is available only for exchanges, not for returns.
- Your exchanged product will be delivered within 15 days of return pickup.
- Reverse pickup is NOT available for T-Shirts / Shirts and Sale items.
- Each order is eligible for only one exchange.
- Once exchanged, no return will be accepted on that order.
